Once you have completed a first Goal Setting session with us, we recommend booking the follow up each quarter or each month (depending on what is your goal timeline is) to re evaluate where you are at and adjust your goals together. This helps you stay accountable.
Don't forget: It's OK not to have ticked a goal! We can look at your obstacles together and put in place rescue scenarios to get your right back on track! Revisiting your why behind each goal is also a path we can take in this session...
